Terms of Service

Essence Aura (“Aura”) is a subscription service that analyzes information you provide and produces educational product guidance and routines across skin, hair, beauty, weight, sexual health, supplements, focus and sleep. Aura does not sell products and does not provide medical care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura. You access your account with a one-time magic link sent to your email address; keep access to that inbox secure, as anyone with it can sign in as you.

Aura costs $49 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your renewal.

You may cancel at any time, free of charge, from the membership page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

Do not resell, scrape or redistribute Aura output, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service to make decisions on behalf of others in a professional capacity.

Aura is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
