What we collect
Your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your membership; and billing details, which are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We keep only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
Your analysis answers
The answers you give Aura during an analysis — your concerns, skin type, routine, preferences — are processed to generate your recommendations and are not written to a profile or sold. They stay in your session.
Why we process it
To provide the service you subscribed to, to take payment, to secure the account, and to meet legal obligations such as tax records.
Processors
We use Stripe for payments and a managed cloud backend for authentication and subscription records. They process data on our instructions only.
Retention
Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and for as long as required for accounting. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it, retaining only what the law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@essence-aura.com.
